An okay hotel but the staff seemed inexperienced in welcoming foreign guests. 2 people at the reception made me wait half an hour not being able to find my booking, but it turned out it was there all along. It was a bit frustrating after a long, tiring day

Air-conditioning not working, staff says it's only for hot air and not for cooling 🤔. The thing is no air flow was coming out when we requested for help with turning it on.

Clean facility, helpful staff. The breakfast was decent, but not a huge amount of choices. Though considering the size of the hotel, a huge breakfast isn’t to be expected.

優點：1 前台工作人員熱情，服務態度較好
2 房間乾淨衞生，這是多次選擇亞朵的主要原因
3 免費停車場超級大，空位很多，停車非常方便
幾點事件和感受：
1 晚上20：30辦理入住，上樓發現房門是完全敞開的，夫人説亞朵服務真好，人還沒到就把房門打開了。我站在房門外，面對黑洞洞的房間，感覺怪異。立即打電話問前台怎麼回事，後要求換個房間，因為不確定是否有陌生人進過房間。
2 耐心等來機器人送來新房間鑰匙，但是無法打開房門，再次打電話給前台。等來工作人員，換房卡。自駕過來的，站着等有點累，也等着外出吃晚飯。
3 新房間煙味大，忍了吧。前台打電話問滿意嗎，就抱怨了一句煙味大。説過來除味，我説不用了。後來趁着我們外出吃飯，應該是來房間除煙味了。工作人員還是想盡量把工作做好，這點必須肯定。
4 早餐一般吧，還行，大米稀飯不是熬的，米水完全是分離的。
5 房間裏沒有放拉桿箱的平台，衹能放在地上。人蹲在地上使用拉桿箱讓人崩潰，見照片。
